Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations (Within 14 Days of Purchase)
If you decide to cancel your order within the first 14 days of purchase, you may do so for a cancellation fee equal to 5% of your total order value.

Order Cancellations (After 14 Days of Purchase)
If you cancel your order after 14 days, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

Returns (After Delivery)
Returns are eligible only within the first 30 days after taking delivery of your plunge.

• All returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee, based on the item being returned in “like new” condition.
• Any item deemed to not be in “like new” condition may be subject to additional fees, to and including full forfeiture of the purchase price.
• You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs:
  • Ultimate Plunge: Return freight shipping ranges from $500–$1,000 within the continental 48 states.
    - Costs will be higher for Hawaii, Alaska, and international customers.
  • All other packages: A minimum shipping charge of $75 will apply, with final costs determined by the return origin.
  • If you are unsure whether you will keep your unit, we recommend keeping the original packaging, as replacements can be costly.

Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, you will be required to sign for receipt of your Ultimate Plunge. Please inspect the unit in full before signing. If any damage is noted, make sure it is recorded with the driver and email us within 24 hours at help@thecoldlife.com so we can assist in filing a carrier claim.

Refund Processing
We process all eligible refunds quickly once the return is received and inspected.
