Why A Vertical Cold Plunge?
Better Temperature Acclimation
It is easier to control the depth of immersion when entering a vertical cold plunge. This allows you to gradually acclimate to the cold by submerging your body slowly, starting with your feet and working up.
Diaphragmatic Breathing
Laying down causes your diaphragm to work against gravity, which can make deep breathing more difficult. Sitting upright facilitates better breathing which is crucial for relaxation and acclimatization.
Improved Circulation
The upright position promotes better circulation of blood and fluids throughout the body. In a horizontal position, blood flow can be more restricted in certain areas, making it harder for your body to adapt to the cold and maintain a stable internal temperature.

What type of warranty does it come with?
All of our products come standard with a 1-year warranty but right now you can add a 3-year warranty for just $1. We also have a 5-year warranty available to purchase as well.

Will this fit in my space?
Our plunge is 33 inches in diameter and 43 inches tall. Please note that if you live in a compact area, be sure to measure your doorways to ensure they are wide enough for the plunge. You can also check out our VR placement tool above to determine style & size.
I’m 6 ‘ 6”, would I fit in your cold plunge?
Yes! We have had athletes as tall as 6 foot 9 inches in our cold plunge with no issues getting full exposure all the way up to their neck!
Can I plug the chiller into a standard wall outlet?
Yes, our chiller plugs into a standard 110V outlet.
How cold can I set the temperature?
Our chiller can cool the water all the way down to 37 degrees.
How often do I need to change the filter?
Unlike most cold plunge chillers you never have to change or buy a new filter on our chiller machine. Our 150-micron filter is reusable, you can conveniently rinse it off in your sink as needed depending on use.

It hurts at first….. the cold…. The cost…. But I find it worth it for sure. In mastering discipline alone this helps face the little voice I. Your head crying for comfort. The health benefits seem to be legit just from first hand use and outside of the hype. Some people say snake oil…. Look at them and their health/habits….. I feel the difference and I love what it does for me and my family…. Plus it’s a great asset for my business to generate content and give back to the people a part of it….
The bad is just the cost but bad health will cost you more in life…. Do it or don’t….. and if you can’t afford it… don’t hate on it…. That’s on you. Life is all about perspective in that sense.
I would buy it again and I love what it has done for me so far.
My ONLY complaint on this model is that the signature from Gary isn’t protected and just a sharpie…. Mine has become smudged….
