We have been using our "Ultimate Human" cold plunge for 6 months now and we love it!!!! We plunge 4-5 times a week and made it a part of our routine. I have been following Gary Brecka for almost a year now and with his protocols and the Cold Plunge i have been able to get off multiple prescription medications. The Plunge is high quality and very easy to setup. We have it setup on our back porch right outside our bedroom and cannot hear the chiller running, it is very quite. I would recommend anyone looking to get a cold plunge, put the Cold Life at the top of your list.

I purchased an "Ultimate Human" cold plunge and i love it !!!! Our whole family are into plunging 4-5 times a week. The quality of their plunges are top notch, we have it setup right outside our bedroom on our back patio and cannot hear the chiller running at all. I would highly recommend the Cold Life products!

Me and my wife follow Gary and all that he does. We have been doing cold showers for awhile now, and saved up for the cold plunge. It has been a blessing to have this available for anytime we want. It hurts at first….. the cold…. The cost…. But I find it worth it for sure. In mastering discipline alone this helps face the little voice I. Your head crying for comfort. The health benefits seem to be legit just from first hand use and outside of the hype. Some people say snake oil…. Look at them and their health/habits….. I feel the difference and I love what it does for me and my family…. Plus it’s a great asset for my business to generate content and give back to the people a part of it….
The bad is just the cost but bad health will cost you more in life…. Do it or don’t….. and if you can’t afford it… don’t hate on it…. That’s on you. Life is all about perspective in that sense.
I would buy it again and I love what it has done for me so far.
My ONLY complaint on this model is that the signature from Gary isn’t protected and just a sharpie…. Mine has become smudged….

This cold plunge is top of the line. I have created a ministry called Bible plunge and invite people over and we do Bible verse memorization while cold plunging. Couldn’t be happier with this product.
