Address Input and Updating
Please take a moment to confirm that all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we're unable to guarantee that we can change the shipping address. Additionally, once an order has shipped, it cannot be redirected, and any reshipment required due to an address error may result in additional fees.
Shipping and Delivery
Please note that order processing times and shipping transit times are separate. The estimated ship date for each product is listed on the corresponding product page. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may change due to global supply chain conditions or shipping carrier factors beyond our control.
While your order is being processed and shipped, we're always happy to assist if you have any questions. Please rest assured that your order is handled with care and close attention to detail throughout the process.
Once an order has shipped, delivery within the continental United States typically takes 5–7 business days. Depending on your location, some shipments may arrive 1–3 business days earlier than estimated; however, delivery timing cannot be guaranteed. The Cold Life is not responsible for early or delayed deliveries caused by carrier-related factors.
Delivery
For Ultimate Plunge deliveries within the United States, once your order has shipped, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. An adult must be present during the scheduled delivery time, and a signature will be required upon receipt. Standard freight delivery includes curbside or first-floor drop-off only. Unpacking and placing the plunge at your desired location are the customer's responsibility.
White Glove Delivery is available only for Ultimate Plunge orders and must be arranged separately. This service includes in-home delivery (up to three floors) and unpackaging of the plunge. If you're interested in White Glove Delivery, please contact help@thecoldlife.com to request a custom quote.
All other products ship via standard carriers and do not require a signature or an adult to be present at the time of delivery.
International Shipments (Ultimate Plunge)
International Ultimate Plunge orders are shipped via international freight and are scheduled on the next available cargo space once the unit is ready. This approach helps keep international shipping costs as reasonable as possible; however, it may result in longer lead times before shipment departure.
Every effort is made to package international shipments securely and to minimize the risk of damage during transit. That said, international shipments are handled by third-party freight carriers and customs authorities, which increases the risk of shipment-related damage beyond our control.
As outlined in our warranty and liability policy, international customers assume responsibility for their shipment once it enters international transit. In the event of shipping-related damage, any additional shipping, handling, or freight costs required to recover, repair, or replace affected components are the responsibility of the customer.
