I have bought many things in my life, but the experience sometimes outweighs the excitement of my purchase, not in a good way. Fortunately this time it was phenomenal! So much so that I enjoyed the process so much and was so seamless that I’m not sure which was better, the experience or the plunge itself lol. All joking aside Ethan, who helped me out in the whole process was stellar!! Highly highly not only recommend this cold plunge, but also make sure you deal with him!!

I had been using a cheap chiller but it broke so I decided to spend the bucks and get the ultra plunge. It’s awesome!! The customer service is superb!! I had an issue with a part and they sent me a replacement one within 24 hour with no charge. I’m using it every morning and it’s the best investment I’ve ever made in my health.

As a person that is big into health and wellness I am very picky with the products I use to make sure they are the best. The Cold Life cold tubs are by far the best quality and design out of any cold plunge I've tried (which I've tried them all). Got them set up outside in my garage in the Florida heat, they are whisper quite and haven't had a single issue.

I had a plunge originally and lets just say was a nightmare. Went through countless chillers, customer service was horrible, they ignore my calls then finally when I get in contact with them tell me I am out of warranty and only option is to upgrade to a new chiller. They have "upgraded" there chiller 3+ times in the last year. The Cold Lifes cold plunge is the REAL deal. Additionally, there customer support and founders are A+ people and actually care about there customers

I got into plunging after seeing it on social media and hearing about it on some podcasts. I started with a Nuvio plunge that I purchased online. I was immediately hooked after the first day given the absurd difference it made in my life with anxiety, anger, depression and focus. My frustration with the Nuvio plunge was that the tub was somewhat small, but the bigger problem was that it leaked. The tub didn’t leak - the hoses did at the base of the unit - the chiller leaked. I had the tub outside so it wasn’t a huge issue but the leaking was so abundant that it was actually causing mold build up on the concrete and some mornings I would come out and half the water was gone bc it had leaked out in the cooling process. I also had to plug in and unplug the unit daily bc I read online about people’s chillers burning out with this brand. Finally, the unit needed to be cleaned and refilled weekly bc of the slimy build up that took place (I covered it when not in use - it still happened). Also, it took a very long time to chill - if I did not plug it in the night before - it was not something that I could plug in the am and be ready after a workout.

I went looking for a new plunge and I found more of the same. Then I was listening to the ultimate human podcast and heard the founders of the cold life. I looked into it.
