Why A Vertical Cold Plunge?
Better Temperature Acclimation
It is easier to control the depth of immersion when entering a vertical cold plunge. This allows you to gradually acclimate to the cold by submerging your body slowly, starting with your feet and working up.
Diaphragmatic Breathing
Laying down causes your diaphragm to work against gravity, which can make deep breathing more difficult. Sitting upright facilitates better breathing which is crucial for relaxation and acclimatization.
Improved Circulation
The upright position promotes better circulation of blood and fluids throughout the body. In a horizontal position, blood flow can be more restricted in certain areas, making it harder for your body to adapt to the cold and maintain a stable internal temperature.

I love my Cold Life Ultimate Lite Plunge! It’s compact enough to fit perfectly on my balcony, yet powerful enough to cool down and holds temperature well especially in this Miami Summer heat. It’s been an incredible refresh after a run, something to share with friends or when I need to reset after work. Make sure you keep consistent with cleaning the filter and managing the chemistry of the water for best results

I bought the Ultimate Lite a month ago and it has been A game changer for my health. I was interested in the ultimate lite and Ethan Kraus called me from his personal number to inquire about my cold plunge experience thus far. It wasn’t a sale push, it felt more like dropping facts and helping me to make the best decision. I’ve had the ultimate lite now for almost a month and could not be happier!
1. Ethan has followed up with me continuously just see how’s things are going. This goes a loooong way.
2. East setup for the jump. High quality material. Step by steps videos. Etc etc.
3. My plunge is in one of my garages and i reside in North Texas where it’s HOT in August (especially in a garage with no A/C). Ethan assured me that it would cool down to my desired temp overnight, and he was right! I set it up in the peak of the day and was amazed how quick it got down before I went to sleep only about 6 hrs later. The next morning, boom! Right where I wanted it at 42degrees.
4. The experience of a true vertical plunge experience, from steps to “hopping” in has been incredible.
I hope this chiller lasts along time as I will eventually want to upgrade to a customized Ulitmate.

I’ve been in many plunges. Can safely say this is the best investment. Fits perfectly on a small balcony, also can fit into it comfortably at 6’6” tall. Feels way better to be upright and regulate breathing. Chiller is a total workhorse, easy keeps temp in Miami heat. No issues at all!
