Absolute game changer. I've had my Cold Life Ultimate Lite shower for about a week now, and as a 40-year-old executive and new father, it's exactly what I needed to start my mornings and conquer all that the day throws at me. Personally, I love that it's vertical because it allows me the ability to maintain control of my breath better, as well as push circulation downward, which has full-body recovery benefits.
Love this setup. So much better than the cheap one i had. Their team is great also. I called them to ask questions and Ethan spent the time to answer all my questions and give some pointers. I never felt rushed or pushed to make the sale. My order was shipped out fast. They did have a mistake in shipping one of the accessories, but I contacted Ethan and he got it resolved immediately. This company really appears to be the real deal. I highly recommend giving these guys a shot. USA made also.
I’ve had this Cold Plunge over a year now & have had absolutely no issues. It’s on my balcony 15 floors up here in Denver, Colorado exposed to all of the elements. Rain, snow, sunshine, freezing temps, & 100 degree summers. The chiller has had no problems through all these seasons. The plunge unit itself is durable as well. Seems like these products are going to last me a long time. I do not have the chiller+hot I have the chiller only at the time I purchased it that’s all they offered. I Highly recommend The Cold Life!

Very Durable & Aesthetic. Highly recommend My wife and I just got the Ultimate Lite cold plunge about a month ago and it’s by far the best decision we’ve made. After reviewing many other brands, we decided to choose ColdLife and were so glad we did. If you’re on the fence and need something to do the job, this cold plunge will do it for you. Love it! But you need to sell / offer a travel case for the chiller. I travel with my cold plunge and need a frame with handles to transport the chiller. A plastic or cedar wood travel frame for the chiller would work great. I’ve got a friend who works with wood building me one out of cedar. I’ll send pictures when completed.
Love it! Im so happy I purchased this style cold plunge. I was plunging in my bath before and struggled with dunking and breathing. Now that I have the up tight style, it makes plunging much easier. Fantastic Chiller!! We had another chiller for 3 months before it stopped working. With Gary's recommendation we drove to Miami and bought a Cold Life Lite. The quality of the Vertical plunge and the chiller is amazing!! No comparison to the one we purchase previously. Ultimate lite So far very happy with the Ultimate lite! For a blow up Tub it is extremely sturdy. I’m 6’2” 228 & it has no problem supporting my weight getting in/out. We are in Nevada so mostly in mid 90’s & the tub does a nice job maintaining 45 degrees so the chiller isn’t running constantly. Pleasure dealing with Ethan & Sam. Purchase simple & both helpful with questions.
Love the ColdLife! Purchasing a cold plunge has been the best decision. Great premium quality cold plunge I have messed around with cold plunges for the last year or so but haven’t been to consistently do them do to the poor quality cold plunges I bought previously. I thought it was maybe a me issue. Talked to Ethan at Cold Life and realized I made a bad decision trying to save on previous purchase, and there was a better way to be more consistent with a better product that I could use regularly vs always having a reason not to use it (leaks, bad water, etc).

Best customer service and best overall experience I was interested in the ultimate lite and Ethan Kraus called me from his personal number to inquire about my cold plunge experience thus far. It wasn’t a sale push, it felt more like dropping facts and helping me to make the best decision. I’ve had the ultimate lite now for almost a month and could not be happier! 1. Ethan has followed up with me continuously just see how’s things are going. This goes a loooong way. 2. East setup for the jump. High quality material. Step by steps videos. Etc etc. 3. My plunge is in one of my garages and i reside in North Texas where it’s HOT in August (especially in a garage with no A/C). Ethan assured me that it would cool down to my desired temp overnight, and he was right! I set it up in the peak of the day and was amazed how quick it got down before I went to sleep only about 6 hrs later. The next morning, boom! Right where I wanted it at 42degrees. 4. The experience of a true vertical plunge experience, from steps to “hopping” in has been incredible. BEST RECOVERY TOOL! Perfect footprint and I can fit at 6’6” I’ve been in many plunges. Can safely say this is the best investment. Fits perfectly on a small balcony, also can fit into it comfortably at 6’6” tall. Feels way better to be upright and regulate breathing. Chiller is a total workhorse, easy keeps temp in Miami heat. No issues at all!
The best purchase this year! I purchased the Ultimate Life in July 2025. The day it arrived we set it up. The next day I plunged for the first time and knew instantly it was the best decision. I’ve always ended my showers cold and this was a next level experience!
Best Vertical Cold Plunge in the game!! We’re so happy with our new cold plunge! Setting it up was extremely easy with the follow along instructions they provide. It’s spacious, it’s clean, it looks good with the rest of our equipment in our rooftop gym and the chiller works unbelievably well. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Simply Perfect I’ve had the Ultimate Lite for about a week now and there’s simply no better way to start your morning than with a cold plunge and simply no better plunge for it than the Cold Life. I received my plunge less than 48 hours after ordering and was already in it less than 3 days later. Setup was a breeze, super easy and it’s just an amazing product. I inquired about the cold plunge tub by submitting a question on the website, and received an answer via text within minutes.
