I have bought many things in my life, but the experience sometimes outweighs the excitement of my purchase, not in a good way. Fortunately this time it was phenomenal! So much so that I enjoyed the process so much and was so seamless that I’m not sure which was better, the experience or the plunge itself lol. All joking aside Ethan, who helped me out in the whole process was stellar!! Highly highly not only recommend this cold plunge, but also make sure you deal with him!!

I had been using a cheap chiller but it broke so I decided to spend the bucks and get the ultra plunge. It’s awesome!! The customer service is superb!! I had an issue with a part and they sent me a replacement one within 24 hour with no charge. I’m using it every morning and it’s the best investment I’ve ever made in my health.

After reading the reviews I'm glad I saw the post that said get the color white so you can see the clarity of the water. I wish I'd bought the upgraded heater chiller since I live in VA and its 40 degrees in the garage. Had to buy a separate pool heater...don't go cheap on that either.
Even though its way more expensive I'm also glad I went ultimate for the rigid construction with step and ease of getting in and out while slightly numb and shivering.

As a person that is big into health and wellness I am very picky with the products I use to make sure they are the best. The Cold Life cold tubs are by far the best quality and design out of any cold plunge I've tried (which I've tried them all). Got them set up outside in my garage in the Florida heat, they are whisper quite and haven't had a single issue.
