It is easier to control the depth of immersion when entering a vertical cold plunge. This allows you to gradually acclimate to the cold by submerging your body slowly, starting with your feet and working up.

Tried a ice barrel at my friends house after only using my deep freezer DIY set up for a few months and really liked the vertical approach but didn't like how narrow and cheap the barrel looked. Took awhile to spend this much on the tub but am so glad I finally did. This vertical plunge looks amazing and works so well with my chiller. Really easy to set up and maintain and has plenty of room to dunk and get up to my shoulders. Im 6 foot 5 for anyone shopping around thats a little taller. This is the one!!
Can't be happier with how good this cold plunge looks and works. I wanted to upgrade my DIY set up since my HOA wasn't a big fan of my deep freezer and let's just say I replaced the complaints with daily compliments and questions haha. This is the best looking cold plunge I've ever seen and I love the vertical design
