Why A Vertical Cold Plunge?

It is easier to control the depth of immersion when entering a vertical cold plunge. This allows you to gradually acclimate to the cold by submerging your body slowly, starting with your feet and working up.
Diaphragmatic Breathing
Laying down causes your diaphragm to work against gravity, which can make deep breathing more difficult. Sitting upright facilitates better breathing which is crucial for relaxation and acclimatization.
Improved Circulation

We use our Ultimate Plunge every morning, first thing! I struggle with arthritis and the cold plunge makes a world of a difference and it helps with our energy levels, recovery etc!
