Getting this cold plunge tub has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my recovery and overall health. At first I thought it would just be good for sore muscles, but it’s become so much more than that. Every time I get in, it gives me this rush of energy and clears my head in a way nothing else does. LOVE cold life!
The setup was simple, and it’s sturdy enough that I feel like it’s going to last a long time. It holds the cold really well, so I don’t have to keep dumping in ice. What I love most is how I feel afterwards—calm, refreshed, and ready to take on the day.
If you’re thinking about trying cold plunges, I can’t recommend this tub enough. It’s made a huge difference for me both physically and mentally.

As business owner of 17 companies and demanding schedule i stick to standards and disciplines. One of those is Cold water therapy for all the benefits we know and to sharpen the mindset. I have used almost every brand and own some top products over the years however Sam and his team at Cold Life raised the bar to create the worlds best tub. I just got my Ultimate Plunge and I’m honestly blown away. The setup was super simple, plug it in and it was ready to go. The build feels really solid, and the vertical design makes it way easier to get in and out compared to other plunges I’ve tried.
The chiller cools the water down quickly and keeps it consistently cold without being loud, which I love. My first plunge was intense but so refreshing, I came out feeling clear, energized, and ready for the day.
Overall, it feels like a really well-thought-out product and I’m excited to make this part of my daily routine.

Decided to go with Cold Life for the ability to have a vertical plunge, it fit the space, it didn’t need to necessarily be emptied after each guest use and for the ability to brand and use custom branded colors. This plunge is for a vacation rental that focuses on wellness and athlete recovery and I can’t wait for it to be enjoyed by all who are interested in this amenity!
I did think the branding was going to be more of a permanent look, so could have likely saved money from that aspect and printed vinyl on my own Cricut, but if you don’t have that capacity, I think adding the branding via Cold Life really will be great for marketing for any business! Thanks again it’s a beaut!
