I work high end residential construction in south Florida and my clients were shopping around for cold plunges. Look no further! The Ultimate Plunge lives up to its name. Ethan at The Cold Life was outstanding and continues to be whenever I have any questions. My husband and I researched and tested plunges over the years along with their respective chillers in hopes of finding one that was reliable, easy to install and maintain. This is that and more! It’s a small footprint for what it does and allows for proper breathing (I had a preference for the laying-down type but have since converted.) Worth it!!!

I have been plunging for over two years everyday for 5:30 minutes. I just received my Cold Life plunge last week and what a difference the The Cold Life plunge has made. I am 6 foot 230 and have plenty of room. The temperature stays at a constant 37 degrees. The team that Sam and Kyle have assembled is second to none. Customer service was spot on through the entire transaction. I would highly recommend the Cold Life plunge.

I’ve been using the plunge frequently since I purchased it a couple of months ago. I keep it at 47° and usually go in for six minutes at a time. I’m 6 feet tall and it’s plenty big for me. Only complaints are that the hoses develop lots of condensation and the motor is pretty loud. I would highly recommend buying the lid accessory; helps to keep the water cooler.

I got the Ultimate Plunge on October 2nd and have not missed a day of plunging. I keep it at a frigid 44 degrees and the hours after the four minutes of suffering are the best part of my day. My family and friends also enjoy using it and it has led to some quality time with others. I love the vertical feature of the plunge. I would highly recommend this product to everyone.
