Where do I find and use my reward credits?

Your credits live in your subscription portal: https://thecoldlife.com/tools/recurring/login

Sign in with the email you used at purchase. You can view your available credits there and apply them.

Credits are redeemed by you through the portal. They are not applied automatically to your next charge.

If you believe a credit should have been available and it is not showing, email help@thecoldlife.com with your order number and we will look into it.
