When will my shower head or filter order ship and arrive?
Shower heads, filters, and accessories that are in stock usually leave our fulfillment center within a few business days. If an item is on backorder or pre-order, the expected ship date is shown on the product page at the time you buy.
Once your order ships, most parcels arrive in 3 to 5 days. Allow up to 5 to 7 business days for most of the continental US.
These ship by standard carrier. No signature is required and nobody needs to be home.
You will get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves us.
