When will my plunge ship, and how does freight delivery work?

Ultimate Lite and Ultimate Party ship by standard parcel carrier, usually within a few business days. No signature is required and nobody needs to be home.

The Ultimate Plunge is different. It is built to order in limited runs and ships by freight rather than standard parcel.

If your Ultimate Plunge has not shipped yet, full shipping and delivery details will be shared with you closer to your ship date. We would rather give you accurate information at the right time than set an expectation that changes.

If your plunge has already shipped, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window, so the final day or two depends on your availability. An adult must be present and a signature is required.
