When will I get my refund, and why is it less than I paid?

Refunds are processed after your return arrives at our fulfillment center and passes inspection, not when you drop it off. Once issued, the money goes back to your original payment method and usually appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

If tracking shows your return was delivered and you have not seen a refund within about a week, email help@thecoldlife.com with your order number and we will check it the same day.

On the amount: approved refunds carry a 10% refund processing fee. Original outbound shipping is not refundable. Shipping protection is not refundable, because coverage begins the moment the order is processed. You are responsible for return shipping unless we authorized otherwise.

Whether the item is opened, used, or still factory sealed affects the final number. Tell us the condition up front and we will confirm your exact refund before you ship anything back. Nothing is charged as a surprise.
