When does my filter ship and when am I charged?

Your first shipment is scheduled 45 or 90 days after your showerhead order, depending on which delivery schedule you chose at checkout. The replacement arrives about when your original filter needs changing. You are not billed until a shipment is due.

Before each fulfillment you receive a reminder email. That email is your window to skip, reschedule, or make changes, and changes need to land at least 24 hours before the order processes.

If your showerhead sat uninstalled for a while, tell us and we will push the first shipment out so the schedule matches when you actually started using it.
