What warranty comes with my plunge and chiller?

Your plunge and chiller come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from The Cold Life, starting on the date of delivery. It covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Not covered: accessories worn through normal use, damage from misuse or neglect, improper water chemistry, missed maintenance, freezing exposure, power problems, and accidents. Handcrafted cosmetic variation is not a defect.

After that first year, extended coverage is handled by a protection plan rather than by us. XCover covers current plans and Mulberry covers earlier orders. These plans extend similar protection once the manufacturer's warranty ends.

One thing to know: a protection plan does not turn a non-covered issue into a covered one. Damage from restricted water flow, freezing, or missed maintenance is generally not covered by either layer.
