What is your return policy for plunges?

The clock starts the day your plunge is delivered, not the day you open or install it.

Ultimate Lite and Ultimate Party: 30 days from delivery. You are responsible for return shipping.

Ultimate Plunge: 30 days from delivery. You are responsible for return freight, and that cost varies a lot. Most fall somewhere between $500 and $1,600 within the contiguous US, and it can run higher for Alaska, Hawaii, and international.

What moves the number: how far the plunge is travelling and how rural the pickup address is, whether the building requires a certificate of insurance, whether the carrier can reach the plunge easily or needs a liftgate or an inside pickup, and whether it needs to be crated or wrapped before it can travel.

Because of that, we quote every plunge return individually. Email help@thecoldlife.com and we will get the actual cost for your address and confirm it with you in writing before anything is booked. Nothing is charged as a surprise.

Keep your original packaging. Replacement packaging is expensive, and a plunge cannot ship back safely without it.
