I did not order a subscription. Why do I have one?

At checkout you can select a one-time purchase, or buy the subscription with your shower head, which provides a bigger discount on the shower head and filters. With this purchase you need one renewal filter before cancelling.

You stay in control of it. In your portal you can move your delivery date, skip a delivery, stretch the schedule, or pause it anytime: https://thecoldlife.com/tools/recurring/login

You also lock in your price. Whatever filter price you signed up at stays your price for as long as the subscription continues, even as prices go up for new subscribers.

If you would still rather not keep it, you can cancel once that first filter ships. Email help@thecoldlife.com and we will walk you through it.
