How do I cancel my filter subscription?

You can cancel anytime in your portal. Sign in at https://thecoldlife.com/tools/recurring/login using the link in any subscription email, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select the red Cancel My Subscription button.

If you would rather we handle it, email help@thecoldlife.com and we will take care of it and confirm back to you.

Two things worth knowing before you decide.

If the timing or quantity is the real issue, we can skip a shipment, stretch the schedule to every 120, 150, or 180 days, or pause entirely. You keep your subscriber price and stop getting filters you do not need yet.

If you bought your showerhead using the $70 Subscribe & Save discount, at least the first filter shipment has to occur before the subscription can be cancelled. That first shipment is the commitment that funded the discounted price. After it ships, you can cancel anytime.

If you are on legacy subscription pricing, cancelling gives that up. A new subscription later starts at the current rate.
